| a) | the product is not a chemical substance or chemical agent in the sense of EU Directive 67/158/EC

| b) | the presence of hazardous substances – the filling doesn’t include toxic substances, only one dangerous substance is a small content of acid caustic substances – this is the reason why filling should not come into contact with the skin

| c) | incorrect use, i.e. inhalation of the chemical substance, doesn’t cause harm on the health, is only irritating
|
| d) | the construction of the detection tube eliminates the contact with the chemical filling not only in common use but also after damaging the detection tube after a drop etc.
Dangerous attributes of the chemical substance cannot be indicated, unless being in direct contact with the organism. In case of an accidental destruction of the alcoholtest, the chemical filling is fixed to eliminate the contact with the organism. Contact with the chemical filling is possible only in case of intentional delaboration of the detection tube.
